30 Day Challenge Update

  •     I really didn't know that  we were supposed to write thIs (I HAD TO HOLD DOWN THE CAPS LOCK BUTTON TO WRITE THAT!)...  I'M GOING TO WRITE THIS IN ALL CAPITALS BECAUSE MY PHONE GLITCHES WHEN I POST ON BLOGGER.     MY 30 DAY CHALLENGE WAS TO PRACTICE PIANO EVERY DAY FOR AN HOUR.  IT HAS BEEN WORKING BUT WHEN BASKETBALL STARTED TO GET BUSIER AND MORE TIME CONSUMING I GAVE IT UP AND MY PIANO SAT AND CRIED AS IT GOT DUSTY IN ITS OWN DARK LITTLE CORNER.  WHEN I DO PRACTICE IT'S USUALLY FOR ABOUT 45 MINUTES TO AN HOUR, SO I GUESS I DIDN'T PLAY FAIR.  I ONLY LIKE TO PRACTICE MY PIECES (SONGS) BUT I ABSOLUTELY DETEST THE TECHNIQUE!! IT'S SO ANNOYING!                                        MY GOAL WAS REACHED AT ONE POINT BUT I DIDN'T KEEP IT LONG ENOUGH TO MAKE IT A HABIT.  I GUESS I'LL HAVE TO RESET THE DATES AND START AGAIN WHILE I HAVE NO SPORTS TO COMPETE FOR MY TIME... BUT BADMINTON, HERE I COME :)                                                                      Y'ALL HAVE A GREAT SPRING BREAK!  I HOPE TO SEE YOU AROUND

30 Day challenge update
My 30 day challenge was to not buy lunch but i ended up changing it because i couldn't follow it.
I changed it to only buying lunch once a week and that has been going great so far.My rule is that
i buy lunch on friday as a reward for going the whole week without buying lunch.

I have been following my goal and sometimes even don't buy lunch at all! Although i haven't done
it for 30 days i think it will stick!

30 DAY CHALLENGE UPDATE!

I had 2 goals during the 30 days......

For practicing piano I haven't been successful :( I've been practicing only 4 times a week or maybe even less. My goal was to practice everyday. I really wanted to accomplish this goal. It's not that I don't like practicing its just that I can't fit in a time that is suitable. I always have so much homework or I have outside programs/lessons. I was on the right track until I injured my tailbone! Hopefully during the Spring Break I can practice playing the piano and I will try restart my goal!

I have been successful for making my bed! YAY :) Every morning after brushing my teeth I make my bed. It's been a habit for the past 30 days! Everyday when I come home from school it looks neat and tidy. Before the 30 day challenge I always wondered why I had to make my bed?..I always assumed that no body's coming over today and I'm going to get into bed anyways. It's just like saying why wash your clothes if it's gonna get dirty again? I realized that when making your bed it makes your room look clean. This is a really good habit and I'm glad I accomplished at least one goal :)

30 Day challenge

My thirty day challenge was for me to not eat microwave dinner and also watch the evening news. It has been successful so far. For watching the news, I have set an alarm to remind me to watch the news at 7 pm. As for microwave dinners, I have asked my mom to stock the fridge with lots of food so I can always make myself something instead of eating instant dinners. I think that watching the news will stick with me but I will probably only watch it every other day and not eating microwave dinners will definately be around because I feel that the stuff I make is much better than the microwave dinners.
