My 30 day challenge was to not buy lunch but i ended up changing it because i couldn't follow it.
I changed it to only buying lunch once a week and that has been going great so far.My rule is that
i buy lunch on friday as a reward for going the whole week without buying lunch.
I have been following my goal and sometimes even don't buy lunch at all! Although i haven't done
it for 30 days i think it will stick!
YAY! It was a smart idea to tweak your goal to something that was easier for you to handle. You're doing great ;)
